Tupy (TUPY3) announced in a material fact released on Friday, July 31, 2026, that its Board of Directors has approved the leadership transition in the Vice-Presidency of Finance and Administration as of August 10, 2026. On that date, Augusto Ribeiro Junior will take on the roles of Vice President of Finance and Administration and Investor Relations Officer, with a term aligned with the other officers through April 30, 2028.

Augusto Ribeiro has more than 25 years of experience in corporate finance, having served as CFO (Chief Financial Officer) at large companies such as Vibra Energia, PicPay, Iochpe-Maxion and BRF, as well as CEO (Chief Executive Officer) at Maxion Structural Components. He holds a bachelor's and a master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC), an Executive MBA from the University of Pittsburgh, and executive education from London Business School (LBS), the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and INSEAD.

Until August 10, 2026, Rodrigo Cesar Périco will continue to serve as Vice President of Finance and Administration. Over the same period, Gueitiro Matsuo Genso will continue to combine the roles of Investor Relations Officer and Vice President of Strategy, New Business, Innovation and M&A, ensuring continuity in the transition process.

According to the company, the change is part of the reorganization of the executive structure, with the future consolidation of the Finance and Investor Relations areas under a single leadership. As a result, Gueitiro Matsuo Genso is expected to concentrate his work on Strategy, New Business, Innovation and M&A. The Board of Directors and Tupy expressed their thanks to Rodrigo Périco for his contributions in the Treasury and Finance areas and extended their best wishes for success in his upcoming projects.
