On Wednesday, July 22, 2026, Oncoclínicas (ONCO3) reported that GLQ Broad Street Holdings Ltd., an investment vehicle affiliated with The Goldman Sachs Group Inc. (GS Group), executed an amendment to a cash-settled derivatives instrument (total return swap, a type of cash-settled derivative) originally signed on March 21, 2025. As a result, GLQ Broad Street’s economic exposure (long position) changed from exposure equivalent to 62,914,808 shares, or 5.55% of the company’s total share capital, to exposure equivalent to 7,914,808 shares, or 0.70% of the total share capital.
In the same announcement on July 22, 2026, Oncoclínicas also reported that Josephina Fundo de Investimento em Participações Multiestratégia Responsabilidade Limitada (Josephina I), also an investment vehicle affiliated with the GS Group, holds 55,000,000 shares of the company, equivalent to 4.845% of the total share capital, acquired through a private transaction with Josephina III Fundo de Investimento em Participações, notified to the company and disclosed to the market on July 17, 2026.
According to the announcement, in addition to GLQ Broad Street’s financial exposure and Josephina I’s stake, the GS Group does not, as of this date, hold or intend to acquire other securities issued by Oncoclínicas or derivative instruments, whether physically or cash settled, referenced to the company’s shares. GLQ Broad Street also stated that the transaction was carried out for strictly economic purposes, with no intention of changing the composition of Oncoclínicas’ ownership or management structure, and that it has not entered into contracts or agreements regarding voting rights or the purchase and sale of the company’s securities, other than the instruments related to the transaction described.
