Guilherme Alves Mélega is currently a partner and vice president of Children and Adolescents Business at Cogna. He holds a degree in Economics from Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado (FAAP) in São Paulo and a master’s degree in Business Administration from the Simon Graduate School of Business at the University of Rochester, in New York.

Before taking on his new role at Cogna Educação, Mélega served as CEO of Vasta Platform Limited and held several leadership positions in other subsidiaries of the company.
