On Friday, July 17, 2026, Wiz Co Participações e Corretagem de Seguros S.A. (WIZC3) reported that it will pay interim dividends in the amount of R$ 0.31609118780 per share, totaling R$ 50,545,239.40. The payment will be made in a single installment on July 31, 2026, and refers to the dividends declared at the shareholders’ meeting held on December 26, 2025.
Shareholders holding company shares on December 26, 2025, the date on which the dividends were declared, will be entitled to the interim dividends. For investors with shares held in custody at B3, the payment will be transferred by the exchange through the custody agents.
The other shareholders will receive the amounts via credit to the checking account registered with BTG Pactual Serviços Financeiros S.A. DTVM, the bookkeeper of Wiz Co shares. Those with outdated registration data must update their information with BTG in order for the payment to be processed.
The company also reiterated that the additional dividends, in the total amount of R$ 49,992,813.32, will be paid by December 31, 2026, on a date to be set by the board of executive officers and subsequently announced in a new notice to the market and to B3.
