Suzano (SUZB3) estimates that its net debt will end 2026 below US$ 14.0 bn, assuming a 2026 year-end exchange rate of R$ 5.40 per dollar. The projection supplements the Material Fact released on May 11, 2026.

The net debt and dollar-denominated leverage targets for 2027 and 2028 remain unchanged: US$ 11.0 bn and below 2.5x, respectively. According to the company, these projections do not include the effects of the Arbex acquisition on July 1, 2026.

Suzano also updated its estimate for the 2026 average pulp production cash cost, excluding scheduled maintenance downtime, from R$ 800/t to approximately R$ 825/t. The revision stems from new assumptions for the average exchange rate and Brent oil prices and their effects on input costs, amid the conflict in the Middle East.

The new estimate assumes an average exchange rate of R$ 5.20 for the year, versus R$ 5.07 in the previous estimate, and Brent oil at US$ 94 per barrel, versus US$ 84 per barrel. The company also stated that item 3 of the Reference Form will be updated within the regulatory deadline.
