CBRE (CBRE), through its subsidiary CBRE Services, completed on November 5, 2026 the issuance of $1 billion in senior notes (unsecured debt securities), split into two series of $500 million each. The proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including repaying borrowings under the commercial paper program (short-term promissory notes), and to fund the pending acquisition of Onnec Group Limited.
The 2032 notes pay interest of 5.650% per year and mature on January 15, 2032. The 2037 notes pay interest of 5.900% per year and mature on January 15, 2037. Interest on both series is paid semiannually, on January 15 and July 15, beginning on January 15, 2027.
The notes are fully and unconditionally guaranteed by CBRE Group and are unsecured obligations, ranking equally with CBRE Services' other senior debt. The indenture limits the creation of certain liens, sale-leaseback transactions, and mergers or consolidations. The sale was led by Wells Fargo Securities, BofA Securities, HSBC Securities (USA) and J.P. Morgan Securities, under an underwriting agreement dated October 27, 2026.
