At the close of this session, the Ibovespa ended trading at 166,546.03 points, down 0.61%. Among individual B3 highlights, Construtora Tenda (TEND3) had the biggest drop, 16.46%, to R$ 16.50, and Oncoclínicas (ONCO3) posted the biggest gain, +11.69%, to R$ 0.86. The figures for TEND3 (-16.5%) and ONCO3 (+11.7%) appear rounded in the headline.

Compared with the 4:45 p.m. update, ONCO3 reduced its gain, which had been 14.3%, and MYPK3 rose a bit more, from +8.52% to +8.98%. Oncoclínicas obtained creditor adherence of R$ 4.3 bn in the restructuring, equivalent to 74.6% of the credit base of about R$ 5.8 bn, excluding intercompany.
Iochpe-Maxion posted a loss of R$ 16 mn in 3Q26, with revenue of R$ 4.4 bn (+15.8%) and adjusted EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization) of R$ 480.5 mn, up 22.6%. Smart Fit (SMFT3) reported recurring net income of R$ 248 mn in the quarter, with net revenue of R$ 2.3 bn (+29%). Automob (AMOB3) had a loss of R$ 56.4 mn in 3Q26, smaller than the R$ 166.6 mn in 3Q25. C&A (CEAB3) had net income of R$ 170.3 mn in 3Q26.

Tenda reported net income of R$ 57.3 mn in 3Q26; excluding the Swap effect, net income was R$ 106.4 mn, up 3.7% from 3Q25. CASH3 ended at -9.01%, after -10.16% at 4:45 p.m. Méliuz reported net income of R$ 113.7 mn in 3Q26, with revenue of R$ 96.1 mn (-22.3%).
Azevedo & Travassos Energia (AZTE3) approved a capital increase of up to R$ 31.6 mn, with shares at R$ 0.79 and a subscription period from November 9 to December 8, 2026.
