TECH Dividends: Bio-Techne Declares $0.08 per Share

Bio-Techne (TECH) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.08 per share for the quarter ended September 30, 2026. The decision was made by the board of directors and announced on November 3, 2026.

Payment is scheduled for November 23, 2026, to all common shareholders of record as of the record date, November 13, 2026. The dividend will only be paid if the previously announced transaction with Merck KGaA of Germany is not completed by the close of business on November 13, 2026.

The board will evaluate future cash dividends quarterly, as applicable.
