SPX reduces stake to 0.28% in Bemobi (BMOB3)

On Wednesday, October 14, 2026, Bemobi Mobile Tech (BMOB3) reported that SPX Gestão de Recursos Ltda., acting as the manager of investment funds, reduced its relevant stake in the company’s common shares, and now jointly holds 239,567 common shares, which corresponds to approximately 0.28% of the common shares issued by Bemobi.

According to SPX, the funds it manages do not hold any other securities or derivative financial instruments referenced to Bemobi’s shares, whether for physical or cash settlement, nor any agreement or contract that governs the exercise of voting rights or the purchase and sale of securities issued by the company by investors under its management.
