Bemobi (BMOB3) completes merger of subsidiary 7AZ

Bemobi Mobile Tech S.A. (BMOB3) reported that its shareholders approved, at an extraordinary general meeting held on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, the merger of its wholly-owned subsidiary 7AZ Softwares S.A. into Bemobi itself.

With the merger, all net assets of 7AZ will be transferred to Bemobi and 7AZ will be extinguished, in accordance with the Merger Protocol and Justification entered into on August 27, 2026, between the management of the two companies. The transaction will not result in an increase in Bemobi’s capital or any change in the equity interest held by current shareholders.
