In the release of its second quarter 2026 (2Q26) results, Bemobi (BMOB3) reported adjusted net income of R$ 45.2 million, up 30.1% compared to 2Q25. In the same period, adjusted net revenue reached R$ 227.3 million, an increase of 29.8% year over year, while adjusted EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization) totaled R$ 79.4 million, an advance of 32.7%, with a margin of 34.9%.
According to the report, revenue growth was driven mainly by the digital payments vertical, which grew 75% year over year, and by SaaS, up 21% y/y. Organically, excluding Paytime, consolidated since 1Q26, adjusted net revenue rose 15% y/y to R$ 200.8 million. The combination of payments and SaaS came to represent 69.5% of revenue, and revenue in Brazil increased to 72.3% of the total.
The adjusted net income of R$ 45.2 million reflected a 42% increase in adjusted operating income and a lower income tax and social contribution rate, as a result of the payment of interest on equity (JCP) in the quarter, partially offset by higher net financial expense and by the growth in profit attributable to non-controlling interests. Reported net income came to R$ 33.2 million, stable versus 2Q25.
Financial result in 2Q26 was a negative R$ 2.3 million, versus a positive R$ 16 million in 2Q25, an impact explained mainly by the R$ 11.9 million swing in the swap effect, lower financial income from investments (R$ 8.6 million in the quarter, versus R$ 12.7 million a year earlier) and higher interest linked to the acquisition of Paytime and to debt with BNDES. The indicator adjusted EBITDA minus capex reached R$ 64.8 million, up 43.8% y/y, with 81.5% cash conversion.
In the quarter, the company paid R$ 16 million in JCP, equivalent to R$ 0.19 per share, and repurchased R$ 44 million in treasury shares, totaling R$ 60 million in shareholder remuneration. Cash from operations was positive at R$ 44 million in 2Q26, and the final cash position at the end of June was R$ 328 million, compared to R$ 349 million at the end of March.
