Radar reaches 9.66% of Iguatemi (IGTI4)

Investment funds and non-resident investors with portfolios managed by Radar Gestora de Recursos Ltda. reported that, on October 9, 2026, they came to hold the equivalent of 42,049,400 preferred shares issued by Iguatemi S.A. (IGTI4), corresponding to approximately 9.66% of the company’s preferred shares.

According to the notice, the position was reached through the sale of Iguatemi units (IGTI11). Radar also stated that there is no agreement or contract to which it is a party governing the exercise of voting rights or the purchase and sale of securities issued by Iguatemi.
