Oncoclínicas do Brasil Serviços Médicos (ONCO3) clarified, in a market announcement dated Tuesday, October 13, 2026, that it remains in negotiations with creditors in connection with the out-of-court reorganization filing made on July 13, 2026, which concerns the restructuring of unsecured financial debts in the approximate amount of R$ 5.1 billion, in addition to other intercompany credits. The company reported that the 90-day legal deadline to submit the signed out-of-court recovery plan to the court ends on October 13, 2026.
In the announcement, Oncoclínicas recalled that the judge of the 3rd Court of Bankruptcies and Judicial Reorganizations of the Central Court of the District of São Paulo/SP granted, on August 4, 2026, the processing of the out-of-court recovery, including the 180-day suspension of lawsuits, collections, bankruptcy petitions, and attachment measures related to the covered credits. On August 26, 2026, the company submitted an updated, still non-final draft of the out-of-court recovery plan, reflecting the restructuring terms negotiated up to that point with the covered creditors.
The company cited Article 163 of Law No. 11,101/2005, under which the out-of-court recovery plan, in order to be ratified and bind all creditors covered by it, must be signed by creditors representing more than half of the credits of each class covered by the plan. According to the announcement, as of the date of the news mentioned by CVM, on October 8, 2026, negotiations with creditors were still ongoing, involving factors such as the term and form of payment of the credits, and the plan could be amended at any time until filing.
Oncoclínicas stated that as soon as it reaches a consensus with the covered creditors and the plan is submitted to the court, it will inform the market by means of a material fact notice. The company reiterated its commitment to keep the market informed, in accordance with applicable regulations, whenever material facts related to the out-of-court recovery occur.
