EcoRodovias (ECOR3) reported on Friday, October 9, 2026, that the National Land Transport Agency (ANTT) approved, on October 8, 2026, a mitigating measure for partial recomposition of the economic and financial rebalancing of contracts, in the context of the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic and the armed conflict between Russia and Ukraine on the price of road construction inputs.
The full amount of the extraordinary increase in input costs, without tax gross-up (the incidence of which will still be assessed in the final calculation of the rebalancing), totals R$ 171.4 million, based on October 2026. Considering the 61.20% rate adopted for the mitigating measure, the amount of the precautionary recomposition is R$ 104.9 million, whose cash payment to Ecovias do Araguaia will be made through restricted funds.
The additional amount, corresponding to 38.80% of the extraordinary increase, will be paid within up to two years, with final maturity expected in August 2028.
