EcoRodovias (ECOR3) released this Thursday, October 8, 2026, a preview of vehicle traffic performance for September 2026 and for the year to date in 2026, compared with the same periods in 2025. Consolidated traffic volume reached 65,078 thousand paying equivalent vehicles in September 2026, up 0.6% from September 2025, and totaled 582,265 thousand for the year to date, growth of 8.3% versus 2025.
Under the comparable total criterion, which excludes from the year-to-date figure the toll collection of Ecovias Noroeste Paulista, Ecovias Raposo Castello and Ecovias Sul, traffic was 65,078 thousand paying equivalent vehicles in September 2026, an increase of 0.6% compared with the same month in 2025. In the year to date of 2026, the comparable total came to 423,186 thousand paying equivalent vehicles, an advance of 1.8% versus 415,719 thousand in 2025.
Among the concessions operated, for the year to date in 2026 the standouts are Ecovias Norte Minas, with 38,549 thousand paying equivalent vehicles, growth of 12.4% over 2025, and Ecovias Capixaba, with 52,219 thousand, an increase of 5.8%. Ecovias Minas Goiás recorded 49,689 thousand paying equivalent vehicles, an increase of 4.3%, while Ecovias Rio Minas reached 60,010 thousand, an advance of 3.2% compared with 2025.
The company also reported that Ecovias Noroeste Paulista recorded 56,012 thousand paying equivalent vehicles in the year to date of 2026, up 4.6% versus 53,537 thousand in 2025, considering the start of toll collection at seven plazas on May 1, 2023 and at three plazas from March 4, 2025. Ecovias Raposo Castello, in turn, totaled 103,067 thousand paying equivalent vehicles in 2026, versus 68,297 thousand in 2025, taking into account the start of toll collection at three plazas from March 30, 2025.
According to EcoRodovias, vehicle traffic in September 2026 was influenced by the calendar effect, since the September 7 holiday fell on a Monday, while in September 2025 it fell on a Sunday, resulting in one fewer business day in the period. The company stressed that the results presented are managerial and subject to revision.
