Unifique Telecomunicações (FIQE3) reported this Thursday, October 1, 2026, that the Board of Directors has elected Adriano Struck to the statutory position of Chief Operating Officer, with a term starting on October 1, 2026 and ending concurrently with the expiration of the current statutory executive board’s term.
Adriano Struck holds a degree in Information Technology Management from Universidade do Sul de Santa Catarina (UNISUL) and a postgraduate degree in Business Management from Fundação Dom Cabral. He has worked at the company for more than 21 years and, since January 2013, has held the position of Network Manager.
With this change, Unifique’s statutory executive board is now composed of Fabiano Busnardo, Chief Executive Officer; Luiz Bogo Junior, Chief Financial Officer and Investor Relations Officer; Aldo Júnior Pasqualini, Chief Marketing and Customer Officer; Cátia Carla Caliari, Chief People and Culture Officer; Gabriel Assis Amâncio, Chief Innovation and Digital Transformation Officer; and Adriano Struck, Chief Operating Officer.
