Banco Bradesco (BBDC4) approved, in a material fact released on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, the payment of interim interest on equity (JCP) in the total amount of R$ 3.8 billion, equivalent to R$ 0.342389810 per common share and R$ 0.376628790 per preferred share, for fiscal year 2026. The interest now approved represents approximately 19.8 times the amount of interest paid monthly, net of withholding income tax, and will be included in the calculation of the mandatory dividends for the year provided for in the bylaws.
Shareholders registered in Bradesco’s shareholder records on October 13, 2026, the record date, will be entitled to the IOE. As of October 14, 2026, the shares will trade ex-rights to the interim interest.
Payment will be made by April 30, 2027, in the net amount of R$ 0.282471593 per common share and R$ 0.310718752 per preferred share, already net of 17.5% withholding income tax, except for legal-entity shareholders exempt from this tax, who will receive the gross amount declared.
