Banco Bradesco (BBDC4) announced that, in 2026, after the approval of the capital increase by the Central Bank of Brazil, the interest on equity (JCP, Juros sobre Capital Próprio) approved on September 30, 2026, in the total amount of R$ 3,800,000,000, will start to consider the new number of shares issued as part of the capital increase.
As a result, the JCP amounts per share are adjusted to R$ 0.323858718 per common share and R$ 0.356244590 per preferred share, with net amounts of R$ 0.267183442 per common share and R$ 0.293901787 per preferred share, after withholding 17.5% Income Tax at source, except for legal-entity shareholders exempt from taxation. The shares subscribed in the capital increase will be issued and credited to the respective subscribers on October 13, 2026, and all other conditions of the material fact dated September 30, 2026 remain unchanged, including the total amount of the interim JCP and the payment date, expected by April 30, 2027.
