Eztec (EZTC3) recorded the launch of the second phase of the Azzure Resort Life development in Osasco, with a General Sales Value (VGV) of R$ 212 million, 100% owned by the company, according to a statement released this Tuesday, September 29, 2026. The project, called Torre Breeze, will be a mid-standard development, with 211 units and 19,321 m² of private area.
Inspired by the resort concept, Azzure Resort Life brings together units ranging from 63 m² to 120 m² and prioritizes leisure, well-being and convenience, with a structure that includes a 50 m swimming pool, game room, family area, wellness spaces, ballrooms, gourmet areas and other leisure options. Located in front of Cidade de Deus, the development has easy access to the Pinheiros and Tietê expressways, connecting residents to the city of São Paulo.
With 47 years of history, Eztec has already launched 199 developments, totaling more than 6.0 million square meters of built and under-construction area and 51,248 units. Eztec S.A. is listed on B3’s Novo Mercado and trades under the ticker EZTC3.
