EZTEC (EZTC3) released its preliminary operating results for the third quarter of 2026 (3Q26). In 9M26, the company reached R$ 1.8 billion in net sales (%EZ), the highest volume in its history and growth of 29% compared to 9M25. In the same period, launches totaled R$ 2.4 billion in PSV %EZ (Gross Sales Value proportional to EZTEC’s stake), an increase of 53% versus 9M25.

In 3Q26, net sales totaled R$ 523 million, down 9.5% versus 2Q26 and 0.6% compared to 3Q25, with launches concentrated at the end of the quarter. Of this amount, R$ 300 million came from newly launched units, R$ 142 million from completed units and R$ 81 million from units under construction. Adjusted cancellations totaled R$ 50 million in the quarter, a decrease of 13.3% quarter over quarter and 8.6% year over year.

Sales of completed units reached R$ 346 million in 9M26, an increase of 65% compared to 9M25, with an acceleration in 3Q26 (R$ 142 million) versus 2Q26 (R$ 101 million). The quarterly mix reflected the launch calendar: projects under construction and completed accounted for 43% of net sales in 3Q26, versus 31% in 3Q25. Net sales speed (Net SSR) was 12.9% in the quarter and 33.8% in the accumulated 9M26.

In 3Q26, EZTEC launched three projects in the São Paulo metropolitan area, totaling R$ 727 million in PSV %EZ. The highlight was Cidade Parque Guarapiranga – Condomínio Atlântica, with PSV %EZ of R$ 265 million and 42% sold as of the disclosure date. The second phase of Azzure Resort Life in Osasco was also launched, with PSV %EZ of R$ 212 million and 16% sold, as well as the second phase of Reserva São Caetano - GranResort in São Caetano do Sul, with PSV %EZ of R$ 250 million and 8% sold.

The company’s total inventory closed 3Q26 at R$ 3.5 billion in PSV %EZ, up 6.2% compared to 2Q26 and 31.5% versus 3Q25. Launch-phase inventory totaled R$ 1.1 billion, inventory under construction reached R$ 1.4 billion, and completed inventory fell 9.6% q/q to R$ 1.1 billion, coming to represent 31% of the total. The company reported that there are no new deliveries scheduled for 2026, so completed inventory should not receive new units in the short term.
