Movida Participações S.A. (MOVI3) reported that, as part of the 2026 capital increase, 22,929,351 new common shares were subscribed, totaling R$ 152,480,184.15 at an issue price of R$ 6.65 per share. The period for subscription of remaining common shares, intended for shareholders or assignees of preemptive rights, ended on September 18, 2026.
According to the company, all 1,721,100 new shares that had not been subscribed during the preemptive rights period were subscribed during the leftovers period, leaving no remaining shares. With the maximum subscription reached, the leftovers auction provided for in applicable corporate law will not be held.
Movida also reported that the board of directors will meet in due course to deliberate on the ratification of the capital increase.
