LLC stating that it had come to hold a stake equivalent to 16,500,523 common shares of the company, representing 3.88% of the total common shares outstanding.
According to the letter, on October 7, 2026, entities of the Goldman Sachs group carried out transactions that resulted in a cash-settled derivatives position equivalent to those 16,500,523 common shares, corresponding to 3.88% of Movida’s shares. The total reported position, considering shares, loans and derivatives, amounts to 9,716,293 shares in physical settlement (2.29%) and 16,500,523 shares in cash-settled derivatives (3.88%).
The document also states that this is a minority investment that does not involve any change in Movida’s shareholding control or management structure. The Goldman entities state that they currently do not have a target for acquiring an additional number of the company’s shares, do not hold convertible debentures already issued by Movida, and do not take part in agreements on voting rights or on the purchase and sale of the company’s securities.
