In the final half of Monday’s session, the Ibovespa was up 0.86% at 186,833.71 points, while shares of DASA (DASA3) were trading at R$ 3.25, an increase of 14.44%, and OceanPact (OPCT3) fell to R$ 9.03, a drop of 3.11%, representing the biggest gain and the biggest loss of the day so far, respectively.
Among the top gainers in this session, in addition to DASA3, Azevedo & Travassos (AZEV3) rose to R$ 8.13, up 10.76%. Taurus (TASA4) was quoted at R$ 8.82, an increase of 9.43%, while Armac (ARML3) was at R$ 4.45, up 9.34%. Simpar (SIMH3) rounded out the list of the five biggest gainers, at R$ 8.27, an 8.39% intraday gain.
On the opposite side, in addition to OPCT3, Grupo Pão de Açúcar - GPA (PCAR3) was among the biggest losers, quoted at R$ 2.96, down 2.95%, after having shown a 3.61% decline in a previous report this session. Recrusul (RCSL4) was trading at R$ 0.34, a drop of 2.86%, while PRIO (PRIO3) was at R$ 61.54, down 2.69%, after trading at a 2.61% loss earlier in the day. Homebuilder Tenda (TEND3) completed the group of the five biggest losers, quoted at R$ 29.35, down 2.56%.
Compared with earlier updates in this session, DASA3 extended its gains, moving from R$ 3.21 (+13.03%) to R$ 3.25 (+14.44%) since the last reading, while the Ibovespa eased from its 0.98% peak and is now up 0.86%. PCAR3, which was down 3.61% earlier, has now pared its loss to 2.95%, and PRIO3 remains in negative territory, with the decline widening from 2.61% to 2.69% over the period observed.
