Romi (ROMI3) reported that, at a Board of Directors meeting held on September 8, 2026, director Tales Caires Aquino ceased performing his duties on the company’s statutory board of directors as of September 9, 2026.

According to the announcement, the responsibilities previously carried out by Tales Caires Aquino will be assumed by CEO Luiz Cassiano Rando Rosolen.
