On September 8, 2026, Hypera (HYPE3), in a meeting of its Board of Directors, approved its 22nd issue of simple debentures (debt securities issued by companies), not convertible into shares, in the total amount of R$ 1.35 bn. A total of 1,350,000 debentures will be issued, with a par value of R$ 1,000 each, maturing 5 years from the issue date, on September 15, 2026.
The debentures will bear interest equivalent to the cumulative variation of 100% of the average daily rates of the one-day DI – Interbank Deposits, plus an exponential spread (surcharge) of 0.72% per year, considering 252 business days.
According to the company, the funds from the issue will be used for the optional acquisition and/or full early repayment of the debentures of Hypera’s 16th issue, whose early repayment must occur within a maximum of 7 business days from October 10, 2026, and of the debentures of the 17th issue, with early repayment scheduled for within a maximum of 7 business days from December 15, 2026, with both possibly occurring on earlier dates, pursuant to the terms of the respective indentures.
