Enjoei S.A. (ENJU3) approved, at an Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting held on September 8, 2026, the reverse split of all shares issued by the Company at a 10:1 ratio, so that each lot of 10 shares will be converted into 1 share, with no change to the total share capital.

Once the reverse split is implemented, after the period granted for shareholders to adjust their positions into lots that are multiples of 10 shares, Enjoei’s share capital, currently divided into 205,017,990 shares, will be composed of 20,501,799 common, registered, book-entry shares with no par value.

The Company’s authorized capital will also be adjusted, going from 235,533,382 to 23,553,338 common shares. Additional information on the adjustment period, the deadlines and conditions for the effective implementation of the reverse split and the auction of fractional shares can be found in the Notice to Shareholders released on this date.
