São Pedro Capital Investimentos S.A. reported that on August 20, 2026, investment funds under its management came to hold 31,160,636 common shares of Enjoei (ENJU3), equivalent to 15.20% of the company’s total shares, after acquisitions carried out on B3 S.A. – Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão.

According to São Pedro Capital, the stake is intended as a long-term investment, with the intention of continuing to assess opportunities to increase its share in Enjoei’s capital through purchases on B3 and/or private transactions, without a pre-defined maximum amount and in compliance with the company’s bylaws.

The asset manager also stated that it intends to maintain an active role in Enjoei’s governance, including potential nominations of candidates to the Board of Directors and continuous dialogue with management and other shareholders regarding strategy, capital allocation, and value creation, without the objective of acquiring control or changing the company’s management structure.

São Pedro Capital stated that it has no agreements with other Enjoei shareholders regarding voting or trading of the company’s securities and that it does not hold subscription warrants, preemptive rights, stock options, or debentures convertible into shares of the company.
