IRB Brasil Resseguros (IRBR3) reported on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, that S&P Global Ratings has reaffirmed its issuer credit rating of ‘brAAA’ on the Brazil National Scale for the company. The issuer rating outlook remains stable.

According to S&P’s report, the ‘brAAA’ rating reflects the consolidation of IRB Brasil’s operational and financial recovery after the restructuring initiated in 2020. The agency also highlighted that the measures adopted by the company resulted in improved results and a strengthened capital position.
