JHSF Participações (JHSF3) announced on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, the opening of CJ Fashion, a new department store concept located at Shopping Cidade Jardim, in São Paulo, with more than 4,000 m² of gross leasable area spread across three floors.
According to the company, CJ Fashion brings together around 150 Brazilian and international brands and approximately 60 unique operations, covering fashion, jewelry, beauty, accessories, shoes, gastronomy, home and lifestyle. The space was created to offer an integrated and personalized shopping experience, with specialized curation, dedicated service, a Private Shopper service and the CJ Fashion VIC Room, a private environment focused on client relations and special activations.
Highlights include the store housing the first bookstore of French publisher Assouline in Brazil, Tom Ford Beauty, with its only address in Latin America, and items from Loewe’s homewear line. The first floor concentrates brands such as Dolce & Gabbana, Balmain, Fusalp, James Perse and Paula Raia, while the mezzanine hosts the CJ Mares multibrand space, which brings together labels such as Oscar de la Renta, Zimmermann, Victoria Beckham and Stella McCartney.
The department store also has a floor dedicated to the Shoe Salon, with a curated selection of shoes, bags and accessories from brands such as Aquazzura, Gianvito Rossi, René Caovilla, Botti and Alexandre Birman, among others. In the gastronomy area, the project includes Café Birman, Café Vila Piva and the restaurant Balsamico CJ Fashion, with a menu inspired by Old Palm Beach.
The architectural design of CJ Fashion is by Carolina Proto, from the Obra Prima studio, and the landscaping by Maria João d'Orey. The new store will open to the public on September 26, during Shopping Cidade Jardim’s regular opening hours and, according to JHSF, reinforces the company’s strategy of expanding recurring income businesses and strengthening its high-income ecosystem.
