On Monday, August 31, 2026, JHSF Participações (JHSF3) reported that it had completed the placement of its 19th issuance of simple debentures (corporate debt securities), totaling R$ 800.0 million. The proceeds will be used to back the issuance of Certificados de Recebíveis Imobiliários (CRI, or Real Estate Receivables Certificates) subscribed by Opea Securitizadora S.A.
According to the company, the CRI is split into 3 clean (unsecured) series, with a weighted average cost of 102.65% of the CDI and an average tenor of 5.8 years. JHSF states that this issuance continues its efforts to extend the maturity profile of its debt and reduce its cost.
The company also reports that currently more than 95% of its indebtedness is concentrated in the capital markets, which, according to JHSF, strengthens its financial structure and increases the diversification of its funding sources.
