(OPCT3) reported that on August 31, 2026, it completed the acquisition of all shares issued by Dock Brasil Engenharia e Serviços S.A. by Estaleiro Farol de São Tomé Ltda., a wholly owned subsidiary of the company, which now holds 100% of the shares representing Dock Brasil’s capital stock.
