On Thursday afternoon, the Ibovespa is down 0.28% at 174,651.17 points, in a move similar to what was seen earlier in the session. Among the highlights of the day, Casas Bahia (BHIA3) extends gains and advances 20.59%, quoted at R$ 0.41, while Recrusul (RCSL4) deepens losses and falls 24.49%, trading at R$ 0.37.

On the biggest gainers’ side, in addition to BHIA3, Portobello (PTBL3) is up 8.16% at R$ 1.59, remaining among the session’s top advances. Ambipar (AMBP3), which had already stood out in the morning, remains on the list and is quoted at R$ 0.17, up 6.25%. Triunfo (TPIS3) is up 6.05% at R$ 9.12, while Braskem (BRKM5) trades at R$ 4.36, gaining 3.32%.

Among the biggest decliners, RCSL4 extends the negative swing seen in previous hours and drops 24.49% to R$ 0.37. Azevedo & Travassos (AZEV4) falls 15.76% to R$ 1.55, and Azevedo & Travassos Energia (AZTE3) retreats 12.34% to R$ 1.35. Oncoclínicas (ONCO3) loses 9.42%, trading at R$ 1.25, while Viveo (VVEO3) posts a 6.94% drop, quoted at R$ 0.67.

Compared with earlier updates in this session, BHIA3 accelerated its gain from 8.82% to 20.59% and went from R$ 0.37 to R$ 0.41. Meanwhile, RCSL4, which earlier was down 28.57% at R$ 0.35 in one of the snapshots and 20.41% in another, is now down 24.49% at R$ 0.37. Over the same interval, the Ibovespa slightly trimmed its loss from the moment it was down 0.55% and is approaching the level at which it was already retreating 0.28% in the morning.
