Multiplan (MULT3) completed in 2026 the raising of R$ 300,000,000 through a public offering of real estate receivables certificates (CRIs), referring to the 627th issuance by Opea Securitizadora S.A., backed by simple, non-convertible debentures, unsecured, in a single series, of the company’s 17th debenture issuance. The debenture issuance received a “brAAA(sf)” rating from Standard & Poor's Ratings do Brasil Ltda.
The debentures are dated August 20, 2026, have a 2,913-day term and mature on August 11, 2034, with amortization in three consecutive annual installments, with the first payment on August 12, 2032 and the last on the maturity date. The securities will accrue semiannual interest corresponding to 96.50% of the CDI per year.
According to the company, the net proceeds from the issuance will be fully used to pay expenses, costs and disbursements not yet incurred, directly related to the construction, expansion, development, refurbishment or acquisition of equity interests in properties and real estate projects described in the deed of issuance.
