On Thursday, October 8, 2026, investment funds managed by Squadra Investimentos – Gestão de Recursos Ltda. and non-resident investors managed by Squadra Investments – Gestão de Recursos Ltda. reported that they had reduced their stake in Multiplan (MULT3), now holding 23,618,093 shares, equivalent to 4.60% of the shares issued by Multiplan Empreendimentos Imobiliários S.A.
Of this total, 20,791,793 are common shares and 2,826,300 are common shares referenced in physically settled derivative instruments. The investors also hold a short economic exposure through physically settled derivative instruments referenced to 5,652,600 common shares of the company, and 6,803,808 common shares have been lent out in securities lending transactions.
The investors stated that the transactions carried out are not intended to change the company’s control structure or management structure.
