In the 1:55 p.m. update this Thursday (21), the Ibovespa was up 1.94% at 171,184.72 points, slowing down compared to the last reading of the session, when it reached 171,733.32 points with a 2.27% gain. Among the standout stocks, Azevedo & Travassos Energia (AZTE3) was up 16.26% at R$ 1.43, while Banco Mercantil (BMEB4) was down 6.63% at R$ 60.69.

Among the biggest gainers of the day, besides AZTE3, Azevedo & Travassos (AZEV4) was up 15.65%, quoted at R$ 1.70, keeping the group among the main positive movers of the session. DASA (DASA3), which earlier showed gains of 11.79%, was now trading at R$ 2.55, up 11.35%. Portobello (PTBL3) was trading at R$ 1.53, advancing 10.07%, and Simpar (SIMH3) was up 8.53% at R$ 6.11.

On the negative side, Banco Mercantil (BMEB4) remained the biggest intraday loser at R$ 60.69, down 6.63%. Braskem (BRKM5) slipped 2.94%, trading at R$ 4.95. Among the other losers at the time, Allied (ALLD3) was at 4.99, down 1.19%, Azul (AZUL3) was quoted at R$ 19.77, down 1.15%, and Log-In Logística Intermodal (LOGN3) had a negative move of 0.39% at R$ 27.89.

Compared with earlier updates in this session, DASA3 slightly reduced its move, from 11.79% to 11.35%, but remained among the top gainers of the day. The Ibovespa, which at one intraday point showed a 2.27% rise, now holds a 1.94% gain, while the day’s standouts have shifted from ONCO3, BHIA3 and other stocks to the group led by AZTE3, AZEV4 and BMEB4 at this stage of the session.
