Banco Pine (PINE4, PINE3) canceled, on August 21, 2026, 4,000,000 registered preferred shares of its own issuance that were held in treasury, without reducing the amount of its capital stock, which remains at R$ 1,270,485,254.43.

With the cancellation of the treasury shares, Banco Pine’s capital stock is now divided into 253,888,724 registered shares, consisting of 129,950,956 common shares and 123,937,768 preferred shares, all without par value.

The company also reports that it is keeping open its share buyback program, approved by the Board of Directors on May 12, 2026, which provides for the acquisition of up to 10,000,000 common and/or preferred shares.
