On Thursday, August 13, 2026, Embraer (EMBR3) reported that its Board of Directors approved the distribution of Interest on Equity (IOE, juros sobre capital próprio) for the third quarter of 2026, in the total amount of R$ 154,000,000, equivalent to R$ 0.21634283532 per common share, ad referendum of the Annual General Meeting that will review the financial statements for the current fiscal year.
Shareholders holding shares at the close of trading on September 21, 2026 on B3 will be entitled to receive the IOE, and Embraer shares and American Depositary Shares (ADSs) will trade ex-IOE on B3 as of September 22, 2026 and on the NYSE as of September 23, 2026.
Payment of the IOE will be made on May 24, 2027, without any type of adjustment or additional remuneration on the approved amount. In the case of ADSs, payment will follow the procedures defined by the depositary bank JPMorgan Chase N.A.
The per-share or per-ADS amount to be effectively paid may vary slightly up to the record dates due to any cancellation or sale of treasury shares. If there is a change, Embraer will publish a new notice to shareholders with the final amount per share and per ADS.
