EcoRodovias (ECOR3) reported adjusted net revenue of R$ 7.6 billion, adjusted EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization) of R$ 5.7 billion and net income of R$ 519 million in the last 12 months through June 2026. The company’s portfolio comprises 12 highway concessions, with more than 5,000 km of highways and a port asset in seven states.
In the first half of 2026, EcoRodovias invested R$ 2.5 billion in expansion and improvement works across several concessions, as part of a total investment cycle of R$ 16.7 billion planned between 2021 and 2025. In the same period, consolidated traffic volume reached 449.5 million equivalent paying vehicles, up 10.5% compared to the first seven months of 2025.
In terms of indebtedness, consolidated net debt reached R$ 23.48 billion in June 2026, with leverage of 4.1 times adjusted EBITDA for the last 12 months. Of the total gross debt, 77% is inflation-indexed and 72% is allocated to the company’s highway concessions.
