On Wednesday, August 12, 2026, Rede Mater Dei de Saúde (MATD3) reported adjusted net income of R$ 45.0 million in the second quarter of 2026 (2Q26), an increase of 66.1% compared to 2Q25 and 24.0% versus 1Q26. Consolidated net revenue totaled R$ 613.6 million in 2Q26, up 12.4% year over year and 6.7% quarter over quarter.

In the period, adjusted EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization) reached R$ 138.6 million, an increase of 20.3% over 2Q25 and 6.6% compared to 1Q26, with an adjusted EBITDA margin of 22.6%, 1.5 percentage points higher than in 2Q25. Gross profit was R$ 186.7 million, up 13.3% from the same quarter of the previous year, with a gross margin of 30.4%.

The company ended 2Q26 with net debt of R$ 763 million, a reduction of 4.6% versus 1Q26 and 1.1% compared to 2Q25. Leverage, measured by net debt to EBITDA for the last 12 months, stood at 1.5x, below the 1.6x recorded in 2Q25 and 1Q26.

On July 20, 2026, Rede Mater Dei carried out the early redemption of debentures of the 2nd series of the 3rd issuance, in the amount of R$ 200 million. In the first half of 2026 (1H26), net revenue reached R$ 1.189 billion, adjusted EBITDA totaled R$ 268.6 million and adjusted net income was R$ 81.3 million.
