GQG Partners LLC reported that client portfolios under its management came to hold, on August 11, 2026, 95,319,435 common shares of Eneva (ENEV3), which represents approximately 4.92% of the total common shares issued by the company.

According to GQG Partners, this is a minority investment that is not intended to change the composition of Eneva’s control or its management structure. The asset manager also stated that it currently does not intend to acquire, on behalf of its clients, additional shares in the company with the aim of acquiring control or changing its management structure.

GQG Partners also reported that it holds voting powers on behalf of some of its clients.
