In the earnings release for the second quarter of 2026, presented on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, Transmissora Aliança de Energia Elétrica S.A. (Taesa; TAEE3, TAEE4, TAEE11) reported IFRS net income of R$ 567.1 million in 2Q26, an increase of 13.5% compared to 2Q25. Under the regulatory standard, net income totaled R$ 206.8 million, a decline of 28.5% on the same comparison.

Regulatory net revenue in 2Q26 reached R$ 679.2 million, up 9.3% from 2Q25, driven mainly by a 10.1% increase in transmission revenue, due to the partial start-up of Tangará, Saíra (2nd phase) and Ananaí, the commercial start-up of Pitiguari, and reinforcements in São Pedro, TSN and ATE III, in addition to the inflation adjustment in the 2025–2026 RAP cycle. In the half year, regulatory net revenue totaled R$ 1,334.7 million, up 9.5%.

Regulatory EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization) for 2Q26 was R$ 577.2 million, an increase of 10.6% versus 2Q25, with an EBITDA margin of 85.0%, 1.0 percentage point above the previous year. In 6M26, regulatory EBITDA came to R$ 1,139.3 million, growth of 10.5%, and the EBITDA margin was 85.4%, 0.8 percentage point higher than in 6M25.

Taesa reported that regulatory costs, expenses, depreciation and amortization totaled R$ 229.9 million in 2Q26, an increase of 14.0% over 2Q25, with emphasis on depreciation and amortization, which grew 25.2% due to the start-up of new assets. Regulatory net financial expense reached R$ 366.5 million in the quarter, up 51.0% year over year, mainly influenced by higher monetary variation, given an IPCA of 1.99% and an IGP-M of 3.07% in 2Q26.

The results release also details the distribution of shareholder payouts related to 2Q26. Based on the regulatory profit for the quarter, the board of directors approved the distribution of R$ 206.8 million (R$ 0.60 per Unit), of which R$ 123.9 million (R$ 0.36 per Unit) in Interest on Equity (JCP, Juros sobre Capital Próprio) and R$ 82.9 million (R$ 0.24 per Unit) in interim dividends. Payment is scheduled for November 26, 2026, with the record date of August 14, 2026.
