On Tuesday, August 11, 2026, Brisanet (BRST3) reported that it closed the second quarter of 2026 (2Q26) with net income of R$ 26.1 million and EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization) of R$ 203.4 million, while Adjusted EBITDA came to R$ 200.0 million, with a 42% margin. Net operating revenue reached R$ 475.9 million in 2Q26, growth of 16% compared to 2Q25 and 5% versus 1Q26.
In the first half of 2026 (1H26), Brisanet’s net revenue reached R$ 929.8 million and Adjusted EBITDA totaled R$ 391.8 million. The company reported that operating cash generation was R$ 507.7 million in 1H26, an amount equivalent to 128% of EBITDA accumulated in the period, influenced, among other factors, by the receipt of funds from GIRED’s reverse auction, booked as deferred revenue.
In operating terms, the mobile base (4G/5G) reached around 1.070 million customers at the end of 2Q26, with net additions of more than 116 thousand users in the quarter, presence in 335 cities and coverage of more than 16.2 million inhabitants. In fixed broadband, the company ended the period with 1,579,840 customers and reported B2C ARPU of R$ 92.65, up 6.8% compared with 2Q25. Consolidated gross revenue was R$ 529.9 million in 2Q26, of which R$ 417.7 million in broadband, R$ 58.9 million in mobile and R$ 47.7 million in the “Others” line.
Brisanet reported costs of services rendered of R$ 262.3 million in 2Q26, 11% above the R$ 236.2 million in 2Q25, driven mainly by the increase in the customer base and higher expenses with electricity, third-party services and systems. Operating expenses totaled R$ 136.8 million, up about 15% year over year, with highlights including growth in personnel, third-party services and provision for expected credit losses (PECLD).
In terms of indebtedness, gross debt totaled R$ 2,481.2 million in June 2026, while cash and financial investments came to R$ 789.8 million, resulting in net debt of R$ 1,691.4 million, 2.2% above the end of 2025. Leverage, measured by net debt/EBITDA for the last 12 months, stood at 2.17x at the end of June 2026, below the 2.24x in the previous quarter.
