Motiva Infraestrutura de Mobilidade (MOTV3) released on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, the consolidated traffic data for its highways and rail systems for July 2026. Considering all assets, the volume of equivalent vehicles reached 132.6 million in July 2026, compared to 100.4 million in July 2025, representing growth of 32.1% in the period.
For highways, the comparable total of equivalent vehicles rose from 88,748 thousand in July 2025 to 89,856 thousand in July 2026, an increase of 1.2%. In the year-to-date period from January to July, comparable volume increased from 588,617 thousand to 605,272 thousand equivalent vehicles, growth of 2.8%.
Among the highway concessions, standouts include RioSP, with a 12.4% increase in equivalent vehicles in July 2026 versus July 2025, and SPVias, with a 3.0% rise on the same basis of comparison. ViaSul and ViaCosteira recorded declines of 3.5% and 4.0%, respectively, while assets such as Sorocabana, Paraná and Minas_SP showed changes classified as n.m. (not measurable) because they started operations or contracts in 2025 and 2026.
On the rails, the comparable total of passengers transported was 62,674 thousand in July 2025 and 63,522 thousand in July 2026, an increase of 1.4%. In the year-to-date period from January to July, volume rose from 431,481 thousand to 440,794 thousand passengers, growth of 2.2%. Among the operations, ViaMobilidade Linhas 8 e 9 saw a 2.8% increase in passengers in July 2026 over July 2025, while Metrô Bahia posted a 0.8% decline.
The company also reported that, in the RioSP concession, the start of Free Flow operations in the São Paulo Metropolitan Region on December 6, 2025 affects the comparison; excluding Free Flow, traffic growth in this concession in July 2026 would have been 4.2%. Motiva highlighted that the disclosed figures may be subject to minor adjustments over time.
