Banco Bradesco S.A. reported that, as a result of transactions involving common shares of Brava Energia (BRAV3), it has reached a relevant 5.99% stake in the company’s share capital, corresponding to 27,798,799 common shares, as of August 10, 2026.

According to Bradesco, the previous position was 14,098,799 common shares, equivalent to 3.04% of Brava Energia’s share capital. The increase in its stake results from the return of shares after the maturity of securities lending transactions (stock lending), in which it acted as lender, carried out within the BTC system on August 7 and 10, 2026, which led to the temporary transfer of share ownership for the duration of the contracts.

Bradesco also stated that it does not intend to change the control structure or management structure of Brava Energia, and that this is a strictly financial movement carried out in the normal course of its business. The bank further declared that it has not entered into and is not party to any agreement or contract governing the exercise of voting rights or the purchase and sale of securities issued by the company, and that it does not hold other securities, including convertible debentures, or derivative financial instruments referenced to the company’s shares.
