In the release of its results for the second quarter of 2026 (2Q26), Porto Seguro (PSSA3) reported recurring net income of R$ 888.6 million, rounded to R$ 889 million, 1.2% above that recorded in 2Q25. In the same period, total revenue, made up of retained premiums and other income, totaled R$ 10,903.2 million, equivalent to around R$ 11 billion, an increase of 10.4% compared to 2Q25. Recurring return on average equity (ROAE) was 22.3% in the quarter, 2.3 percentage points below 2Q25.

In the consolidated corporate results, Porto Seguro S.A.'s net income in 2Q26 was R$ 879.4 million, practically stable compared to the R$ 878.1 million in 2Q25. Considering the first half of 2026, accumulated net income reached R$ 2,013.4 million, up 17.7% versus the same period in 2025, with ROAE of 22.1%, below the 24.6% observed in 1H25.

Among the business verticals, Porto Seguro (general insurance segment) posted net income of R$ 455.8 million in 2Q26, an increase of 4.9% compared to 2Q25, with ROAE of 32.9% and total revenue of R$ 5,888.9 million. Porto Saúde recorded profit of R$ 143.9 million, an advance of 36.4% year over year, with ROAE of 24.0% and revenue of R$ 2,343.3 million. Porto Bank, in turn, reported profit of R$ 137.8 million, a drop of 32.5% versus 2Q25, with ROAE of 16.3% and total revenue of R$ 3,731.4 million. Porto Serviço reported profit of R$ 50.2 million, 11.2% above 2Q25, on revenue of R$ 659 million.

The consolidated financial result of Porto Seguro S.A. totaled R$ 694 million in 2Q26, a decrease of 8.5% versus the same quarter of the previous year. The operating efficiency ratio, measured by the relationship between administrative expenses and total revenue, stood at 10.7% in 2Q26, an improvement of 0.4 percentage point compared to 2Q25, when it reached 11.1%.
