In the release of results for the second quarter of 2026 (2Q26), Guararapes Confecções (RIAA3) reported net income of R$ 167.9 m, an increase of 36.2% compared to 2Q25, reaching the highest result ever for a second quarter. In the period, the company allocated R$ 90 m to shareholders in IOE (interest on equity), equivalent to R$ 0.1793 per share.

Consolidated net revenue totaled R$ 2.7 bn in 2Q26, up 3.3% year over year, while gross profit reached R$ 1.7 bn, an increase of 8.5%, with consolidated gross margin of 63.3%, 3.0 p.p. above 2Q25. Consolidated EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization) reached R$ 460.6 m, growth of 12.7% in one year, with an EBITDA margin of 17.1%, an increase of 1.4 p.p.

In the Merchandise segment, net revenue was R$ 2.0 bn in the quarter, a 2.3% rise over 2Q25, with EBITDA of R$ 342 m, 14.7% higher, and an EBITDA margin of 17%, 1.8 p.p. above a year earlier. Apparel net revenue totaled R$ 1.75 bn, an increase of 8.9%, with Same-Store Sales (SSS) for Apparel up 7.8% and Apparel gross margin of 59.2%, an increase of 1.9 p.p. compared to 2Q25.

In Financial Services, net revenue reached R$ 684.2 m in 2Q26, growth of 6.5% compared to 2Q25, and the segment’s EBITDA was R$ 118.6 m, up 7.2% on the same basis of comparison. The total loan portfolio up to 540 days came to R$ 6.9 bn in June 2026, with R$ 6.2 bn in the portfolio up to 360 days, growth of 10.1% in 12 months, and a Basel ratio of 18.2%.

On June 30, 2026, net debt on a pro forma basis was R$ 943 m, with leverage of 0.5x EBITDA for the last 12 months, stable compared to June 2025; under the pre-IFRS 16 metric, the net debt/EBITDA ratio stood at 0.7x. In the half-year, accumulated net income reached R$ 173 m, more than double the R$ 77.4 m in 1H25, while CAPEX totaled R$ 302.1 m, equivalent to 6% of consolidated net revenue.
