Grupo Multilaser (MLAS3) reported that, in 2026, its board of directors will undergo changes in its composition. Independent board members Tomas Henrique Fuchs, then vice president, and Carlos Eduardo Altona resigned from their positions for personal reasons, effective as of August 4, 2026. On the same date, the board appointed Bruna Alcântara Perpétuo and Piero Franceschi as new independent members, with terms lasting until the next general shareholders’ meeting.
Bruna Alcântara Perpétuo is an executive with experience in strategy, people management, corporate governance and organizational transformation, having worked at companies such as Rumo Logística, Brado Logística, FIPS (Ferrovia Interna do Porto de Santos), Votorantim Cimentos and Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi. Piero Franceschi is CEO and partner at StartSe, an international business school with offices in Silicon Valley and China, and has more than 25 years in leadership positions in marketing, strategy and innovation at companies such as Pearson, Diageo and Bauducco.
The board also appointed Edward James Feder as independent vice president, replacing Tomas Henrique Fuchs. As a result, as of August 4, 2026, Multilaser’s board of directors will be composed of Alexandre Ostrowiecki (chairman), Edward James Feder (independent vice president), Bruna Alcântara Perpétuo (independent member), Piero Franceschi (independent member) and André Poroger (full member.
