In Tuesday’s intraday trading, the Ibovespa was up 0.67% at 176,498.82 points, with standout moves by Viveo (VVEO3), which was rising 9.23% to R$ 0.71, and Três Tentos Agroindustrial (TTEN3), which was falling 12.99% to R$ 13.26. Compared with earlier updates in this session, the index trimmed its gain from the +0.96% mark seen earlier, while TTEN3 extended its losses from the 11.75% drop observed in the last readings.
Among the top gainers on B3, besides VVEO3 as the session’s main advance, Grupo Vamos (VAMO3) was trading at R$ 3.34, up 5.36%, a smaller move than the 6.31% gain reported in an earlier update this Tuesday. Americanas (AMER3) came next, quoted at R$ 4.54, up 4.85%. Trisul (TRIS3), which had already appeared among the highlights with a 5.08% rise in a previous update, was now up 4.60% at R$ 4.32. Ourofino Saúde Animal (OFSA3) rounded out the list of the five biggest gainers, trading at R$ 28.17, an increase of 4.37%.
On the losing side, after TTEN3, which posted the steepest drop of the session, Gafisa (GFSA3) was down 8.82%, trading at R$ 0.31. Paranapanema (PMAM3) appeared among the pullbacks, quoted at R$ 0.28, a loss of 6.67%. Among the major telecom companies, Telefônica Brasil (VIVT3), which is scheduled to report second-quarter results next week, was falling 5.76% to R$ 33.91, while TIM (TIMS3) was trading at R$ 20.35, down 5.35%. These moves kept TTEN3 as the biggest decliner of the day so far, deepening the drop observed throughout the session.
