On Thursday, July 23, 2026, Goldman Sachs, through its subsidiaries, reported having reached a position in cash-settled derivatives equivalent to 20,495,488 common shares of Movida Participações S.A. (MOVI3), representing 5.10% of the company’s shares.

According to the statement, the position is fully composed of over-the-counter ISDA derivatives with cash settlement only, in a long position, with no spot shares, ADRs or convertible debentures issued by Movida held by Goldman entities.
