As of 1:19 p.m. this Monday (20), the Ibovespa was up 0.28%, at 174,199.30 points, in line with the slight upward bias seen earlier in the session. Among the biggest movers of the trading day, Azevedo & Travassos Energia (AZTE3) was up 7.26%, quoted at R$ 1.33, while Paranapanema (PMAM3) was down 10.53%, at R$ 0.34.

AZTE3 remains the top gainer of the day, after having posted an 8.06% gain in the previous read of this session, when the Ibovespa was showing a more moderate advance of 0.08%. Recrusul (RCSL4), which had already appeared among the highlights in a recent report with a 5.9% gain, maintained its positive performance and was now up 5.88%, trading at R$ 0.54. Among the other gainers, JSL (JSLG3) advanced 4.52%, to R$ 5.78, Helbor Empreendimentos (HBOR3) rose 4.04%, to R$ 2.06, and Enel Distribuição Ceará (COCE5) gained 3.93%, to R$ 31.19.

In the losers’ group, PMAM3 deepened the move compared to the previous reading, when it was down 7.9%, and figured among the main decliners of the day. Gafisa (GFSA3), which had already been a negative standout this week, fell 9.76%, to R$ 0.37. Oncoclínicas (ONCO3) dropped 8.97%, quoted at R$ 0.71, CVC (CVCB3) lost 7.38%, to R$ 1.13, and Anima Educação (ANIM3) was down 5.33%, to R$ 2.13.

As a result, the Ibovespa maintains a slightly upward trajectory in this session, while the largest intraday swings remain concentrated in small caps outside the index, such as AZTE3, RCSL4 and PMAM3, which have been trading places among the top gainers and decliners throughout the day.
